Returns & refunds.

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return, per EU consumer rights legislation. We honor this for buyers everywhere, not only in the EU.

What's returnable

  • Tools (shovels, rakes, trowels) in unused condition with original packaging.
  • Apparel unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Stickers in original sleeve.

What's not returnable

  • Custom or engraved items.
  • Tools that show signs of field use (mud, scratches, sharpening marks).
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

How to return

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of delivery.
  2. We send you a return address and a reference code.
  3. You ship the item back, prepaid, with the reference code on the package.
  4. We inspect on arrival and refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival).

Warranty

Palarosa tools carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Reasonable wear from field use is not a defect; broken welds, cracked handles, or blade failures from normal shaping work are. Email us with photos and your order reference.
